Morning Preparations (7:00 AM - 11:00 AM)

7:00 AM - 9:00 AM:

  • Groom and groomsmen should also start getting ready during this time.

  • Photographers can capture groomsmen getting ready shots.

  • Take some time for yourself to relax, hydrate, and soak in the moment before the festivities begin.

10:00 AM

  • Planner/Coordinator and Vendors Begin Set Up Process


Ceremony Preparation (11:00 AM - 1:00 PM)

11:00 AM - 12:00 PM:

  • Finalize your wedding attire and accessories.

  • Have a pre-ceremony moment with your bridal party and family for some last-minute encouragement and support.

12:00 PM - 1:00 PM:

  • Transport to the ceremony venue.

  • Guests begin to arrive and are greeted with music and refreshments.

  • Ushers assist guests to their seats.


Ceremony (1:00 PM - 2:00 PM)

1:00 PM - 1:30 PM:

  • Processional (Coordinated by Planner and/or Day of Coordinator): Bride, groom, bridal party, and officiant enter.

  • Exchange vows and rings.

  • Special readings or performances.

1:30 PM - 2:00 PM:

  • Pronouncement of marriage.

  • Recessional: Newlyweds exit followed by bridal party and guests.


Cocktail Hour (2:00 PM - 3:00 PM)

2:00 PM - 2:30 PM:

  • Bride, groom, and bridal party take formal portraits.

  • Guests enjoy cocktails and hors d'oeuvres.

2:30 PM - 3:00 PM:

  • Newlyweds join cocktail hour.

  • Mingling and photo opportunities with guests.


Reception (3:00 PM - 10:00 PM)

3:00 PM - 4:00 PM:

  • Grand entrance of newlyweds and bridal party.

  • First dance.

  • Toasts and speeches.

4:00 PM - 6:00 PM:

  • Dinner service begins.

  • Parent dances.

  • Cake cutting ceremony.

6:00 PM - 8:00 PM:

  • Open dance floor for guests.

  • Bouquet toss and garter toss.

8:00 PM - 9:00 PM:

  • Late-night snacks or dessert bar opens.

  • More dancing and celebration.

  • Last dance.

Post-Reception (10:00 PM Onwards)

10:00 PM - 12:00 AM:

  • Planner/Coordinator and vendors begin Clean-up and breakdown of reception venue.

  • Pack up personal items and gifts (Your Planner/Coordinator can do this).

  • Say goodbye to remaining guests and head to your honeymoon suite or after-party.
