Officiating
Hire me to officiate your wedding - 1 intake call to best understand you and 1 final script review before your wedding. Revise as many times as necessary. Commitment: $400 - Add on Rehearsal Coordination for an additional $50.
Officiant Coaching
Hire me to coach your sibling, parent, family friend to officiate your wedding. 1 Touchpoint Call with them and my Officiating 101 Guide with hundreds of samples delivered to their inbox, so they can craft the perfect cermoney for you. Commitment: $120
Wedding Scripts
Hire me to write your ceremony script. 1 intake call to best understand you, all follow up communication done over email. Revise as many times as necessary. Commitment: $80
Bridal Concierge
For the bride that wants to feel pampered on their wedding day. Hire me in conjunction with your coordinator to be your personal assistant from when you arrive in the Bridal Suite, right until open dancing! Take the stress off your bridesmaids and family members and just relax! I will:

Decorate Bridal Suite and Groom's Suite, arranging gifts and other items prior to your arrival

Pick up all food, drinks, ice, keep everything fresh, serving you, parents, and the Bridal Party from beginning to end of night

Bring a speaker and all the extras you may need (think bobby pins, setting spray, safety pins, etc.)

Steam all Dresses and pin Boutonniere's

Assist with hair and makeup touchups, ensure you look your best, keep you and your partner fed and maintained.

Do you offer any planning services?

My specialty is Coordination! I've spent years learning and perfecting that skill and honestly, I just like it more! But I highly recommend my Guided Coordination Package to plan yourself, with my support of course, if you're looking for something a bit more hands on. I have the capacity to take on 2 Planning clients a year. Please contact me for details.

What do you handle that isn't explicitly listed above?

So many things! Coordination requires you to see everything with a bird's eye view and anticipate what's next. It's having your preferred drink in your hand before you've even had the chance to ask. It's seeing that your dress need's adjustment and fixing it before anyone else can. It's everything you'd expect + everything else you didn't realize would be helpful.​

I charge what I feel is fair for my time, energy, expertise and skill. Your wedding is so much more than just a party or a event - it's supposed to be one of the best days of your life. Keep in mind that:

Wedding Coordination requires uncommon confidence. Something will go wrong at your wedding. The timeline will fall behind. You need a coordinator that is confident in their ability to execute, get things done, solve the issue, AND do it with a great attitude. Your coordinator holds the key to your wedding running smoothly.

Wedding Coordination is a niche learned skill. I have dealt with every scenario imaginable (forgot XYZ, vendor mistakes, drunk wedding guests, you name it). It has taken me countless weddings, hours of research, and preparation to perfect it. It's high stakes, high pressure, physically challenging, there's no room for error - not just anyone can be a Wedding Coordinator.

Why don't you bring an Assistant?

I just don't really need one! I prefer having a full day for set up and arriving when you arrive at the venue. If I cannot get into the venue more than 2 hours before ceremony start, I will bring an assistant. If you have an extensive decor set up, I might need an assistant. Let's chat.

Do I have to feed you?

Yep! I need a Vendor Meal. Your other vendors will need one too.

What do you wear to my wedding?

All black. Unless you request I wear something else to match your color scheme!
