Content Creation
Behind the Scenes Footage Captured on iPhone
- 1 Content Planning Meeting
- All raw footage captured on iPhone 16 utilizing stabilizing gimbal, tripod, and 2 optional clip on mics for optimal sound and video quality
Content deliverables depend on booked time, but deliverables are at least:
- 30-50 Raw Photos per hour
- 5 Raw Video Highlights per hour
- 30 Edited Photos - 3 day delivery
- 5 Edited Videos (Could include Viral Trends) - 3 day delivery
- Delivery to Apple Photos, Google Photos, or Dropbox (your choice)

Bridal Concierge
Hire a Bridal Bestie to Act as your Personal Assistant on Wedding Day
- 6 hours of personal assistance for you and your crew, for you to feel pampered while getting ready for your day
- Arrival at the suite prior to you to decorate, lay out gifts, prepare breakfast and drinks
- Full day of drink and food service coordination, pick up, and preparation
- Preparation of attire and accessories, including steaming, arranging for photos, helping with dressing, fashion emergencies, pinning boutonnieres, etc.
- Assistance for your vendors if they need an extra hand or other last-minute errands/tasks
- Cleaning / tidying of the suites
- Use of Emergency Bridal Kit & Portable Speaker - we bring the obscure extras, so you don't have to buy them (think sewing kit, extra pins, back up hairspray, stain kits, etc.), you bring just your own essentials

Coordination Coaching
Training & Resources for the Helpful Friend/Family Member
Having your bestie/family friends/someone else set up, tear down, and manage timeline at your wedding? Hire us to coach them, so they know exactly what to do!
- A 60-90 Minute Touchpoint Call to review details, pull everything together, and make sure you're not forgetting anything. We'll start your Day-of guide on this call and make sure your timeline is perfect!
- After, get your Day of Event Plan Template (partially started on our call) for you to fill in the rest & share with your vendors
- Our Rehearsal and Processional Guide - so they know how to practice and actually send you down the aisle
- Our Coordination Helpful Hints Guide - so they know what to look out for and what not to forget

What do you wear to my wedding?All black. Unless you request we wear something else to match your color scheme!

Do I have to feed you?Yep! Or we need to build a break in the timeline (outside of contracted hours) for us to break. Your other vendors will need one too.

Do you bring an assistant?Depends! At most weddings, we don't really need one if we have a full day of set up. Other weddings might require more hands due to extensive decor, distance between ceremony & reception, or other factors. Let's chat about it!

What's your service area?Everywhere, BUT we find ourselves in these highlighted areas the most: Travel fees may apply for weddings starting 45 min outside of Denver, but let's chat. On occasion we'll make exceptions or turn your wedding into our own vacation.

Do you get any benefits from working with certain vendors?Great question and it's the hidden side of wedding planning you might not have known about. If commission is offered, we will keep things 100% transparent with you and ask for it to be applied to your contract with them, as a discount to you. Otherwise, we have no incentive to recommend a certain vendor other than that we know they're great and know they'll match what you're looking for!

What is your travel fee?We charge for gas + mileage + accommodations (if needed) for venues starting 45 min outside of Denver, but please inquire as we sometimes modify it or turn your wedding into our own vacation!

Talk to me about tips...Tips are never required, always appreciated. If you enjoyed working with us - reviews and referrals go significantly further, because we get to book more couples :) The items listed in your package are guaranteed (like sending you down the aisle) and some things we might just do because it makes for a better experience or we found the time (like clean and organize the Suites). Neither constitute a tip and tips don't drive us to deliver an incredible day. If YOU feel like you want to leave a monetary tip, YOU get to decide to do so! Riley's favorite tip she ever received was a thank you note, $20 bucks, a killer review (posted to all 4 platforms) & a fossil. So fun, so sweet. You do you.

What is the payment structure?Coordination Packages: $500 Non-Refundable Reservation Deposit, with the final balance due 1 week before Wedding Day Planning Packages: $20% Reservation Deposit, with the option of 2, 3, or 4 installments, with the final payment due 1 month before Wedding Day A La Carte, Individual Meetings, or Packages $500 or Less: Total Balance Due Upfront

How do you set your pricing?We charge what we feel is fair based on our experience and expertise. We're wedding professionals and have seen weddings from every single angle! Wedding work requires uncommon confidence and not just anyone can do it. Truthfully, it's a huge undertaking to be responsible for your wedding running smoothly and exactly how you planned it. Our pricing is competitive, but fair for our skillset.

What does coordination cover that isn't explicitly listed?So many things! Coordination requires you to see everything with a bird's eye view and anticipate what's next. It's having your preferred drink in your hand before you've even had the chance to ask. It's seeing that your dress need's adjustment and fixing it before anyone else can. It's everything you'd expect + everything else you didn't realize would be helpful.​

What software and tools do you use for planning?Multiple! Most tools are pre-made templates that we've created that track progress, checklists, vendors, and more in both Google Sheets & Notion. Pick what works for you and if it doesn't, we'll explore alternative solutions.
